MOVEMBER AT IES CELRÀ

This year the students of 3rd year ESO-C Celrà have taken the initiative to do a video shooting to publicize the Movember movement here in our school .

Movember was born in Australia in 2003 when two friends wanted to help a colleague with prostate cancer by raising money and letting themselves grow a moustache as a symbolic act and genuinely masculine. Since then the idea has spread around the world and currently Movember is a foundation dedicated to raising money for the investigation of the testicle and prostate cancer , among other diseases associated with the male gender .

Also, 3C students have organized a solidary breakfast this Friday November 27 in the second breadk to raise funds and donate to this organization.
